Please note that appointment changes are accepted by phone only. Because our office requires 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment, requests made through the contact form or by email won’t count as notice. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

Our office is conveniently located at the end unit of Rexall Plaza, at Toronto Street and Elgin Park Drive, right beside Chances Are. In addition to regular hours, we also offer extended evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as same-day emergency appointments. What’s more, there’s ample free parking on-site, so getting here is never a hassle. Plus, our office is fully wheelchair accessible.
